What size are the framed products?
Single Framed Product
Our frames come in 2 basic sizes (small and larger) for a single wall hanging product and are available in two colours – Black or White (refer to the video under FAQs ‘What kind of frames are they?’

What is your refund policy?
Returns Policy
REFUND POLICY
Should the goods supplied not be as ordered or faulty please contact Raw Treasures immediately.
Requests for refunds or credit will not be considered after 7 days.
DO NOT send goods back to Raw Treasures without first contacting us at Raw Treasures.
Freight charges for returned goods will be at the customer’s expense.
Should you change your mind about goods when the order is received, this will not be considered as a reason to return goods.
Credit Notes will be issued if your request for a refund is accepted by Raw Treasures.

What kind of frames are they?

Do you deliver outside Australia?
We will do our best to find the best postage and handling option available for international customers.
We have had many of our products safely delivered to international customers through boutique stores we previously wholesale supplied to.
There are some restrictions with particular products due to export regulations. Eg. A piece of coral needs a permit to export.

Where do you get your art works from?
All our Art designs are exclusive to Raw Treasures. We employ the professional skills and talents of Award Winning Artist Dean Turner. His designs are original and all feature their own individual story. Dean’s inspiration is behind all our artist prints and designs.
All paintings are acrylic on canvas and quality prints are developed from these original paintings. All his prints are hand signed, cut by hand, and assembled to create a three dimensional art piece.

Is the photographed product exactly what i will receive?
All our products are hand crafted therefore they all carry their own unique features. No two products are ever the same. All coral and shell species’ colours and sizes slightly vary.
We do however pride ourselves on crafting each product as beautiful as the next.
Upon request we are able to photograph products in stock and give you, the buyer, the option of selecting which piece you prefer.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia wide. There hasn’t yet been somewhere we haven’t be able to deliver to.
Do you make to order?
Yes, we welcome custom made orders.
